Quick and dirty: The drift trike

You need someone to take a video of you sliding this around when you're done.

Yeah, I was thinking to do just that. Got myself that SJ5000Plus camera, gopro alternative. Looks like my grips will arrive tomorrow.
Stielz, yeah, got it running allright apart from small issues. I think my throttle is faulty.

Found what was the problem with BMS. one through hole had no continuity. All that fixed now, charging fine. Someone asked some videos, here's some. Not drifting yet but its functional/ BTW its captured with this:

LOL that looked fun!

I got 720p btw.. I just had to click the "gear" on the player and select it from the settings.

Nice build! Drift trikes are so fun!

Thanks. Yeah, cant wait to get the tubes and go outside full speed street drifting. A bit slow for me at 40kph, but probably enough to injure myself.

It's now done:
Not yet... you need to get some PVC pipe, deflate the tires, push it over the tires, and re-inflate... then you will really slide around.

What this guy is saying is true!!
I also have a drift trike and without pvc it is like a kart. cool to drive and verry fast through corners
But with pvc you got your selve a drifting monster! 8)
It really wants to slide every where. look on my page for a picture it is max 5000w http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=59104&start=25

so it is a "must" if you got a drift trike...

very neat and well engineered as usual. Us old guys need a slightly taller trike otherwise we would be stuck in that seat forever.

OUCH! dislocated thumb?

did you ever cover the rear wheels so that its slippery and less dangerous to drift?

You cant just disappear! we need to know! this is to awesome of a project to let it go.
