Seems like a pretty neat concept. No welding needed, built from commonly available square tubing, and you just need access to a drill press and mitre cutting to put it together.

very cool, especially the one seater tadpole trike looks very doable... but where to get the front wheels (including axles and brakes) from ?

This technology has been around a while. Here is Sid Gowdy's version that I used as a basis for my first trikes. Got up to modification 5.0 before I had a bad crash and decided on full suspension. He used to build ultralights.
