Recommended cheap chinese/japan Li-ion 18650 cells

I am planning to build a eco 18650 battery pack for my 24v ebike. Can you guys list some or all of the cheap brand but good high drain chinese/japan Li-ion 18650 cells please.

It depends how much work you wish to put in but some people have had good success with laptop batteries or power tool batteries by taking them apart. Lowes sells a Kobalt 24v max (5s1p) 1.5ah battery for $10. Throw in a 20% off coupon code, plus buy a gift card for 10% off to make the purchase and click thru a cashback site and that comes out to less than $1.50 a battery. I believe they are high drain too, I know my 2ah ego battery 14s1p supposedly can put out 20a.
