..one of my bikes which I build mostly from damaged parts I bought used and repaired. It is not finished yet but i am running it for ~400km now without problems.

-Hardtail frame from the late 90s
-Grimeca 5 spoke rims, needed new bearings and the rear wheel some side alignment
-Bosch active line 400wh battery with damaged BMS and 4 dead cells, changed the cells and installed Chinese 10s 20A BMS
-rebranded Bafang BBS01 (e-novation), with damaged speed sensor 5v supply, simply changed hall sensor to reed sensor, removed logo
-38t preci alps chainring
-minimized wiring from some spare parts (higo connectors) I had laying around)

I hope I am not the only one trying to reuse stuff that others throw on the junkyard and make something they can enjoy..
