Reef Invisitron - claims 11kg and 100km range

Sunder, thanks for your reply. I can see one used Sora group set on eBay. But what if my idea is to make a swap before I start riding. That would make the Sora brand new. I'm trying to understand the difference between the 5 Annad road ebikes (brochure attached), and I can see no difference other than the groupset. Am I correct?

Looks like it's just the groupset that's different, aside from the base model where you're getting an alloy fork instead of a carbon fork.

Would anybody be able to estimate the difference in weight and range between the 9.3 Ah and 10.2 Ah batteries?
 
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY (Reef Bikes) AND GEORGE KAZACOS - Owner

This company has gone quiet. web site has not been up for over a week. cant contact by phone as they only have an (unattended?) answering machine and nobody replies. I purchased this bicycle from them and I received a used bike that didn't work. I think they have gone broke. Someone else has contacted me and advised they have paid for the bike but has not received it. I think anyone that has purchased this bike and received it can kiss any warranty issues goodbye. Anyone that has not received their bike I suggest you try to get credit cards reversed

I am trying to post on as many forums and other avenues as possible as follows

my order number 8087 ordered on the 14th September. Absolutely no communications from this company regarding my purchase. after 7 days and reading many reviews about the non existent customer services I sent email after email both to their customer non service to cancel the order. After not receiving responses I told them NOT TO SHIP and to CANCEL ORDER but no responses. I telephoned them on many occasions and of course the relevant people are not in and receptionist takes messages but nobody ever replies. After all this, Reef Bikes shipped it regardless of my instructions on the 23rd September and said "oh sorry did not see your emails" Well the bike arrives...the box was in fairly good condition however the bike was loose packed resulting in a lot of scratches. The Keyde LCD Controller was not working so had to replace the lithium battery.... but it is still not working. There are issues with the hub as when free wheeling the chain is running on and I have the chain slapping the frame causing paint chipping off... This bike looks like a much used bike and I have had it for 2 days. I tried to email the company and their web site has been down for days now.... I have called on a number of occasions and of course had to leave messages which were never returned... I am concerned now because their web site is down for so many days???? this is the window to the company and obviously it is of no importance to this company and I get the feeling that they are winding down after running out of ideas and clients with the shocking attitude and non existent customer service... BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. I wish I could post with zero stars

UPDATE: Well more time has passed many phone calls leaving messages that nobody returns them. I have lodged claim with the NSW Fair Trading... REEF BIKES DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR PURCHASE. I have had this product for a week and cant even send email because their DNS has been down

UPDATE: Do not buy from this company if they still exist or transform into something else.George Kazacos (Sole Owner) appears to have just shut shop and left people high and dry with non delivery of purchases, not performance of warranty repairs. I am taking action against this through the NSW Fair Trading and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal
