I’ve searched and searched and come up empty so far.

How do you reset this bms? I’ve 137 of them with 26650 lipo4 to go through! 4s 6p lipo4

I had success resetting them by charging the low bank, charging the whole pack, and reattaching a broken tab. I’ve 3 packs now that will not respond to any of that.

Whats the problem 3/137 failures is still virtually 98% success, Whats the pedigree/history of these packs is 100% revival a realistic expectation even? if all damaged and over discharged i would consider you to be highly successful as is.

I’ve gone through 8 packs of the 137 so far.

One pack just now suddenly responded and started the bms when it sensed a charger plugged into it. Weird.

I was wondering why you were complaining ;).. so whats the history of these packs? are all damaged?
The one that 'suddenly' responded may have had a minor unbalanced state that was corrected by a short period connected to power?? some packs may require an hour or more connected to a charger before they respond fully and draw a full load especially if the configuration uses a single serial group to power the bms and its balancing ..
Im no expert btw, with only hands on experience with my packs..

company has contract with City to supply long distance ebikes. Contract is written where batteries must be replaced every 6 months. Batts went to Auction and took 3 months to deliver to me after winning. Nearly All cells are 2 to 2.2 volts. A few had bloated and 0 volt cells, I tossed them when I saw right away.

What is low voltage cutoff (LVC) on a BMS for a LiFe cell? I don't know, probably a lot lower than for an 18650 cell. Let's call it 2.5 volts.

If any of the cells in your battery are below LVC, the BMS shuts off and will not recharge, You have to have all four groups above LVC, whatever that is. Since many are at 2V, that's trouble. You might have to bring the cells uo manually withouut benefit of the BMS, You;ll have to look up the minimun volatge allowed for these xells to see whar oacks can be saved,
