i have this 20" dd hub rear, that i want to repoke to a 28 rim.

is it hard/expensive to do? link to instructions? things to consider?

Here is a pertinent thread if you were unaware! There's of course additional tidbits around, but the thread is a good start here on the forum. I also used youtube search/videos, for the information density possible with video.
