Rim brake pads?

Took the Packcycle for another ride and I can't believe I was really riding at 30mph with brakes that bad. I can squeeze them as hard as I can and still turn the wheel by hand.

What you using for your rim brakes?

Link, more info on type of brakes. Some can be ordinary, and some are very effective.
As a general rule though, KoolStop pads are the bees knees.
