Hey guys, I stumbles accros this website that has a picture of a couple of chargers in series over a couple of batteries. http://batterytender.com/resources/connecting-batteries-chargers.htm/

I was wondering - If I had say a 3 x 6s Pack, can I leave them all connected ( with the main breaker off ) and connect 3 x balance chargers over the +/- terminals, turn them on and get a working balance charge?

according to that websight with SLA u can, and I don't see the difference between SLA and lipo.

Also - This is me cracking 89.9km hr on my new H series 4080 on flat ground !

Yes, as long as each charger and psu is isolated from the others.

right - it sounds like most AC-DC drop down power supplies are indeed isolated, but..... most of the hobby chargers then manipulate the voltage from there up or down to achieve the target cell voltage, I assume via PWM which is not isolated... this means that if the batteries are left connected to each other - one charger will charge up and interfere with the next chargers PWM voltage based readings and screw it?

Sounds like I need more contactors!
