Sevcon gen 4 problem

We have a Sevcon gen 4 inverter with the following motor: yasa dd500.
When we push the throttle pedal it seems the motor tries to rotate but it does not rotate.
The green led on the inveter does not flash so there is not any error. Indeed DVT customer says there is no error.
Any suggestion?
