Hi Gang!
I have a sevcon Gen4 controller that was purchased brand new from Thunderstruck, programmed to match my ME1616 motor.
I have everything hooked up, and have gotten the motor to spin a few times, but not reliably.
On power-up I don't get any errors. Contactor closes right away. But as soon as I select Forward Direction, the contactor opens and i get the following error:
"Node 1 fault set (0x4F53, App Manager Internal SW Error, data 0x02 0x00 0x00). CANopen Error Code: 0x6100"
Unfortunately, this error is incredibly unhelpful. I also get 13 LED flashes.
I have tried various combinations of enabling/disabling throttle modes, safety interlocks, commissioning sin/cos, setting battery/traction app mins/maxes.... I'm sort of at a loss.
I would be happy to provide anyone with .dcf or DVT screenshots. (I have attached the dcf file as a .txt because ES didn't seem to like it. just change the file extension back)
Thanks in advance, I understand that this is a seriously advanced topic. Hopefully the experts are out there!
