Sevcon's Gen4 problem with BDI

Hi all just stepped in to ask did anyone of you experienced problem with BDI broadcasted from Sevcon Gen4 MC on CAN. I'm trying to set this up for li ion battery, I mean i know that's dedicated for lead-acid. Anyhow can i think of it as linear aproximation between "Reset voltage" and "End voltage"? My battery is cutting when Sevcon is sending about 25-30% BDI remaining charge. If I would increase "End voltage" will it help? Thanks.
