Shark Pack Replacement BMS

I have a 52V shark pack which I killed the BMS on. I was swapping connectors and adding headlight and made a bome head mistake if reversing polarity. Now my pack will not shut off if a bank is overcharged or if I get below LVC. So I am assuming the BMS is toast. No obvious physical signs of damage when opened up. Tried removing big white connector and replacing, still not working.

I am having a hard time finding a 14S BMS that matches the dimensions of my current BMS. It measures 2 1/8" x 3 1/8". I would like to get a smart BMS with bluetooth if possible. Any advice on sources? Thanks for all the help!

Yes it seems like it. It no longer shuts the battery off if it gets past LVC. Also it overcharged when previously it woukd not. I had the pack open and was testing voltage. Tried "jumping" it by charging through discharge port, no change. Then I tried disconnecting the sense plug to reset it.

The BMS is still not protecting from overcharge or LVC. It seems dead, unless I am missing a reset step?
