Shipping Battery Packs by Air?

I own a local battery building business in Israel and am looking to export battery packs (up to about 18kg).
I contacted DHL and some local forwarders and non of them ship li ion battery packs (regulations and stuff).
Even though I read a ton about those restrictions, EM3EV somehow has like 5 different routes for shipping battery packs by air and one of them is even DHL.

How do they do that?

I want to ship single battery packs by air to customers around europe.

Yeah I thought about it but it's weird since DHL is DHL, the regulations on planes should be the same.
If they don't really care since China is a jungle when it comes to rules then why not make more money and let other countries ship dangerous goods?
and it's not like they ship it with false description of what the box contains, it has all the needed stickers and all for DG goods etc...

No the operations centres in each country operate as independent companies wrt the authorities, interpretation of local regs more restrictive than the UN-based ones etc

Whatever burdens are imposed on packages from Israel are less than deserved.

What has been richly earned is Boycott-Divest-Sanction.

Remember we have no control over our government doesn't matter who we vote for things are done and we have no volte on what they're plotting or doing .
America's a great example. a train goes off the track all the time every single president the train goes off the track.
There's a few good battery pack builders in Israel.

So...can people from US and EU order battery packs from other countries?
I thought that the big diy battery building communities are so big since it's impossible to import/find a local place to build you a battery rather than just being creative and saving a few bucks.

Of course, assembled eBike and RC hobby packs are imported from China by the thousands, both ordered by individuals, and distributors and retailers by the container load.

Highly regulated as HazMat goods, need to take courses to become a certified shipper.

Apparently shipping from Israel legally is more difficult.

What about the demand for custom built packs?
If I want a quality Samsung 8C pack for my enduro bike or my hyper scooter with asi's/nuculars?
See I'm in the niche market, I don't try to compete with otc products.

We can ship anything internationally with our hazmat capable UPS shipper. It cost about $150 to ship from Florida to Quebec and most of that cost is in the hazmat fee and buying the actual box. it must have UN abeled in the UN box, in a case, discharged. Then I can ship just about anything anywhere.

So yeah I don't know about Israel but here in the US, UPS. UPS will ship anything anywhere for me for a fee. Yes we are professionally trained Packers and shippers in their eyes. We have the fireproof foam we have the double wall boxes we have the labels we have the strapping bands. We can send you anything probably.

Then again there's that guy who hangs out around the baseball diamond whose name is Jesus and if you slip him a 50 and say I need to find Jesus he will smile wink at you and say it's all good brother... And your package will be shipped.

I wanted to hear something like "yeah, we are all in the same boat, can't ship it anywhere" but them you are all set there!
Israel isn't a country most are familiar with but for those of you who never lived here, it's the country with the most insane safety regulations for anything transportation related, health related...so while it's good for the people it's super harsh on us business owners.

Will have to look into opening a business in Europe somewhere when this whole covid bs ends.

I live in southern Cal my brother lives in Norway above the Arctic circle they have to pay heavy heavy taxes and it's hard to get just about anyting. They catch their fish in Norway but it cost too much to have a Norwegian fillet your fish they put it all on a plane flight to China China to filet the fish and send them back.

Crazy! Why not get some of those migrants to do the work, I'm sure they'd put up with the cold for a Norwegian citizenship card.

Norway probably is one of the harder countries to accept you or anybody. Try Sweden. Ha ha every country's different.
The Russians just walk over the border they share up north and try to walk in.
