Hello, could a single cell holder like this (see image and ebay link) be able to be used to connect cells into a pack, or would the current flowing through those measly pins just melt the whole thing?

thanks

No, it cant be used. Its meant for other purpose, a flashlight, a toy not an ebike period.

Thanks, but I am right that the failure point would be that the metal is not of a sufficient gauge right? So if I go down the road of trying to make single cell holders / compression style, the important part is large enough gauge? (even if I re-used those holders for the plastic casing alone and changed the connectors\drilled it out)

The whole design is not mean for ebike. Why would you wand a battery that is made of shit for yourself? Search ES. It was tested, prooved that is shit end of tje discussion. Close/erase the topic
