Hi All,

I have been a lurker for a while but having been hooked into e-boards have got stuck with my next project. I wondered if there are any people who could help me. Having built a dual diagonal 63mm 6.4kw 10S 10000mah 35C 36" long board I came to the realisation that I was crazy.

The board is insanely fast and acceleration is ridiculous and at top speed when you get a wobble on its pretty scary. To try and solve this I want to change the board amongst a few other things. I am thinking 1" drop board to give my back foot something to brace against during acceleration. Also lengthened the board to approx 41" to help with handling. I have also designed in an enclosure for the gear just because I may as well if I'm gonna get the board made.

So I have done most the work on SketchUp but encountering some problems that I am hoping people may be able to help with.

1. I made the board in one half on SU then duplicated and flipped. Now I can't get to perfectly align. Any help/ideas?

2. The camber on the board is great across the board but where it meets the drop it needs smoothing and I can't figure this one.

3. Under the board the corners of the enclosure need smoothing and again struggling with this.

Any help, instructions, directions would be much appreciated. If anyone would like the files to help just let me know.
Thanks
