Smart BMS for 60v pack?

I have been looking all over the place for bms with overcharge protection, I ended up buying one from eBay that is all in chinese so I don't know what I bought. Can any one name a smart BMS worth buying? I am planning to build a 60v pack with 240 Samsung 29E cells so I want the best BMS I can find.

I think a voltmeter every 5 cells would help also.

then I was thinking about a MAGNETOMETER fro reading Phase current but I don't think that any one makes one.
