I have busted the retaining pin that keeps the planetary gears from spinning around due to lack of a soft start. What is the best controller that has a good smooth throttle? Thank you. John Morris

The retaining pin I meant the key that goes in the keyway of the axle of the motor. The controller I have now is a Infineon I bought from ebikes.ca is very "jerky" that is either very slow medium or fast. I can overcome this issue by pedaling and start real low on the throttle and work the way up and slowly letting off the pedal. It is almost impossible to maintain the speed I want. Thank you.

I went through 3 different types of Infineon controllers and not one of them worked worth a damn on my V2-S BMC. Then I bought a analog Clite controller from Ilia and now all is good.
