Used Sun EZ-sport AX (aluminium frame) low miles in great condition. Kit is new Ebikeling 750W waterproof geared hub kit (no battery) with new Shwalbe Marathon Plus tire 1.75.
I tested the kit for 30 miles. 50nm torque is good for all but steepest hills. Controller is 36v/48v 24amp. After considering battery placement options, I was planning to build a battery enclosure for the project, but my circumstances have changed. There is around 3in to 3.5in width on bottom tube depending on which chainring you are using. You can get mid and rear racks for these bikes.
I took off the front derailleur and put a new 7 speed freewheel on the rear along with Shimano shifter.
Brakes and gears need tune up.
I can ship partially disassembled but the cheapest I can do it would be $200 ups ground.
