I have a quality 36-volt brushed speed controller that I would like to repair. The Controller is a 4QD uni 8, and no longer supported by 4qd. I have found a burnt resistor on the circuit board which I will replace but I believe the problem started from the heatsink screws coming loose and the MOSFETs overheating and failing. I am not sure if there is any other damage. The Mosfets will need replacing but the board should be tested on an oscilloscope and repaired until the waveform is correct. This is beyond my ability. Are there any electronic Wizards out there that can help me with this project? I can get some information from 4qd but so far I am unable to find a Schematic. I am of course willing to pay for help within reason.
