Is there a way to remove det speed limit? New Controller? Voltage? Sensor?

Not familiar with it. Picture of the controller?
It seems there are several EasyGo models. Their website gives almost no information. 250w hub motor. 250whr battery.
I don't recall ever seeing somebody dissect one. The controller might be buried inside the motor or it might be in the frame. One way to possibly tell is to follow the wire coming out of the motor until you find a connector, unplug the connector and look at the wire size/count.
If the speed is electronically limited by the controller, there is usually a way to reprogram it but likely needs some special software. Replacing the controller would probably be the easiest thing, as 250w controllers are pretty cheap. The speed might also just be limited by the battery voltage and motor wind.
