I have a 36v Panasonic system and the charger is a 240v Euro spec. I think I need to use a step up transformer to take my US 120v up to the required 240v. Does anyone have any recommendations for this? There are lots of transformers on Amazon but I don't have any experience with any of the brands and don't really know which ones are good and which to avoid. The charger is rated at 195 watts.
Thanks

None of the Panasonic 36v chargers that I've found are marked dual voltage. They are are all 220-240v. If you know of any others please point me in their direction.

Lots of modern switchmode power supplies will run on a wide range of voltages (including DC), although they are not necessarily marked to reflect this. I can't think of any way you could possibly harm the charger by attempting to run it at a lower voltage to see if it works.
