Super 3K Build

Recently upgraded to a QS205 5T with the same 19 by 1.40 inch rim.
I am now pulling around 8kW and my battery is showing weakness as it wasn't designed for this higher discharge.
So I decided to dismantle my battery. During dismantling I noticed that 50% of my welds were coming off very easily, I messed up by not cutting slots for the weld points or used strips that came with them already on. This coincided with the lowest cell groups that showed on the App.
I will be making it in a different configuration adding 100 more cells and will definitely do my best to match the internal resistance of the cells to get a more even performance.
Also got some nice Pirelli MT60's 80/80-19, they made a big difference in riding quality. hey would fit better on a 1.60 inch rim tho.
New battery builds coming soon.

Why do you have pedals on your motorcycle? It's not to start the engine.

Mainly because it's not legal here in Portugal and I sometimes end up in some paved roads.
Without registration the limit is 250w and 25km/h for the e-bikes.
It's cheeky but I kinda fake pedal which as kept me free of trouble

I salute you and wish you the best of luck.

Hi everyone!

There has been progress on the build, after the rear wheel was assembled I mounted it in the frame, got an old fork and wheel from a bike and the rest of the components from the transmission and also bought a cheap shimano hidraulic brake kit for now.

I could not stop my self from trying to run the bike so I basically got 2x 36V 10ah ebike batteries, run them in series and went on with it. I can't twist the throttle too quickly or the bms's cut the battery but it is good for test riding as of now.

Right now I am waiting on the cells to make the battery. I ordered 200 samsung 30Q which fit perfectly.
I will post soon the that :bigthumb:
What's the weight of it? Looks very good 👍 😊
