Has it actually damaged the cells? I thought they are individually fused hence touching different positions in the pack to make them short too.

This 3p pack made of A123 cells can take 1200A burst according tyo the test Luke did a few years ago(400A per cell)

.. If i can get 300A out of a single M1 A123 cell of 2.3Ah.. now imagine with a 60Ah !! at 104V !! :twisted:
