Hi,

i'm currently building a kind of e bike/ motorcycle.
It will be cheap, underpowered and not really practical because it's just a test bed before I move on to a full blown motorcycle.

It's going to be a middrive using a cheap flipsky motor and 4P10S Sanyo 2000mAh battery and a kelly controller.
I'm going with an overkill setup with a BMS bypass like I will on the full size motorcycle.
I live in Europe so to be street legal It needs to have a top speed of less than 25km/h and pedal assists so it won't be officially street legal.

The first draft of the schematic is : circuit(2).png

I'm already planning some change by removing on of the contactor.
I know this is not an interesting build but the next one will be better and i'm planning to to an open source on board computer with gps navigation.

I'm planning on using copper for the battery connection and my first test with a copper nickel sandwich is fine with my malectrics welder but my electrode are getting welded to the nickel too and it's destroying them a bit.
Would tungsten electrode help?

This is the battery with a dry fit test of the bus bar.
It's 0.1mm copper sandwiched by 0.15mm nickel for soldering help.
