How are sales? Are there ebikes stacked to the rafters?

The hesitation would be for December, because the first tax year under the act would be 2022, am I right? If retailers are moving every ebike they get, for the rest of the year, then no harm done.

Who thinks it's going to pass? I think it's pretty damned ironic that a "Build Back Better" bill would subsidize purchases of ebikes that are almost all made in China. I'd rather see subsidies spent on domestic production - bicycles, batteries, controllers and motors etc., and better yet the industries that support design and production of stuff like that.

Bet most retailers sold out most of the stock by now, and are selling delivery in 2022 anyway.

Not sure, but I bet pay now but get in next spring qualifies.
