No such thing as universal.
Sometimes a given crimper is designed to handle a small number of different specific termination types
and many people will jury-rig using a tool not designed for the specific connector they're fitting
but the quality of the resulting crimps are likely highly variable, need standard pull-test to verify
or even cutting samples to see whether gas-tight or not.
For foolproof and consistently high quality connections, get the specific tool designed for the specific termination type.
From the smallest to the largest size in a given line, often requires 2-3 separate tools, or swapping interchangeable dies in a particular tool frame.
