For my money it's that rear brake lever, which is connected to a hall sensor back at the end of the wire cable somehow. The rear brake clearly doesn't function, or you don't use it. Rim is unmarked.

That's pretty cool. I've been wanting a potentiometer based throttle to interface with a controller that needs the throttle to operate in reverse. So far I'd only found two, super over priced options. Like a Domino throttle for $100 or a Magura one for $80. Had also been searching through handicap mobility scooter throttles hoping for something cheaper, but the sites are kind of vague. Maybe easier to just build one like that at this point.
