Long story short...

I have started 2 EV conversion projects few years ago and now they are both sitting in the darkest corner of the garage.

1. Aprilia RS125 - already passed the homologation process and is now street legal in EU
2. Husqvarna WRE 125 - just for off road use

The blocking point at that time was setting up the controllers to work properly. So after many years, the batteries are of course dead. And probably some other stuff too ;)

So I would like to finish both of them to kinda make a thick and move on to other projects (The only way to get green light from my wife ) :D

What is available:
- both donor bikes
- ASI BAC4000
- QS138motor
- Motenergy ME1302 motor
- Controller Emsiso EM400 - do not want to deal with it.
- Complete BMS Elektromotus

Husqvarna:
- QS138 + ASI BAC4000 already programed
Missing:
- battery pack

Aprilia:
Missing:
- Motor+controller
- Battery pack

For the Aprilia I am looking for motor and controller combo which is plug&play. I do not want do deal with programing and going crazy with some Sevcon or Emsiso controller.
Just connect the wires, set voltage values, regen level, throttle profile and that is it.

Not looking for some crazy power. To reach 130km/h with some decent acceleration. So something around 30kW peak should be enough. Perhaps keep the ME1302.

Any recommendations?

And the batteries...same story as above, as simple as possible.
I have build few packs with 18650 cells and A123 20Ah pouch cells in the past.
For those two builds I would prefer not to go with small cylindrical cells. So maybe pouch cells or prismatic.

Any recommendations?

If possible, source everything in EU :)

I can offer a QS 138 90h (with 428 sprocket) and a Fardriver 961000 controller. The controller has a flat surface for a large heatsink or water cooling block. Both are brand new, motor has some marks on the nut because I took it off but nothing else really.
Setting them up is also no big deal, I can do it for you if you want.
I could also offer you some batteries/cells.

Your RS125 is Street legal as an EV?
Which motor and Controller combination did you use for that?
I think you can't change them to not loose your Street legal aproval.

I have sitting in the garage a never used QS138-90H V3 the Version with the gearbox attached to the motor and a ND961000, but the Version with heat sink, can also offer the smaller ND72680 with heat sink.

Yes, street legal. That was 10yrs ago. Motenergy ME913 and some Kelly controller which died after 100km :)

Well I do not believe they will open battery box and disassamble the bike during annual inspection to check the components. I will place on lots of stickers with high voltage warning😃
