Post Offices, convenience stores, etc... brilliant. I hope other countries follow these examples.
I also hope they keep recharge fees here reasonable. If not, **you can build you're own social network via internet and ask anyone in the area where you would travel and recharge for reasonable rates at their homes, like Justine Le is doing now but he's getting unconditional "love" from friends and other ebikers. That's something you cannot do with gasoline as no body stores gas at their homes.
**This was my vision last year, an ebike recharge community in Japan via internet. But first I need to build an Ebike Community. I may be the very first Ebiker here 8)
