TranzX motor

On Eurobike I saw this motor...

Outrunner, steel helical planetary gear, oil-cooled, 50 Nm or torque.
Representative said "no-no, will not sell, buy a whole bike for €€€€€".

A quick search gave only one result:

But in description it says "available only in exchange". No explanation if exchange to money is OK.
Anyone know other place to get this from?

Also, anyone knows how badly it is integrated in to whole system and if is possible to run stand-alone?

the dutch site uses the word "inruilen". which translates to "trade-in" in this context. this fits with what the representative said, you need to have their bike to buy the motor.
