Traveling with LiPo's

Has anyone ever tried to take a Lipo battery pack on a plane or through some kind of facility that has an x-ray security system? If so, did it raise a certain amount of concern?

Only if it is installed in equipment... they are now even prohibiting carrying spare lithium coin cells.

Shows how dumb the regs are getting. Is that carry on, or in your checked bags? Pretty soon they'll ban you carrying on a bag of fritos because they can burn good.

Plus you can't have eaten a burrito within the 48 hours prior to travel... a single burrito fart into an open flame/spark can easily down a 747
