Trying to program Flipsky FT85BS when i start motor identification it says "The ESC is still faulty" and it doesnt provide me with error code

im trying to program this for my ebike 72v 2000w 20ah tried configuring the battery series, battery high voltage and when i go to run the motor identification it says "Failed 2: The ESC is still faulty, please check the error code" and doesnt provide one, i am new to this please forgive me if i sound stupid or its something right infront of my face ive been researching for hours i will check for hardware problems, thinking its either a problem with the versions or something please let me know i wish their were more clear guides and youtube videos about this

Nothing obvious in the screenshot so need more info e.g. hall sensors and phase cables all wired in correctly, a screenshot of the test/display tab, is the battery on and showing correct voltage, did you click "read setup" before entering your config then "write setup" after entering them?

I set up a FT85BD (dual model) recently and everything went pretty smoothly, but yes documentation can be a bit vague if it's first time using their esc
