I’ve built a 2010 orange 5 with a tsdz8 out of second hand bits. Done 500 miles cross country but started doing some more hardcore downhill and the 26” wheels are really starting to hold me back, rolling over stuff on the technical sections
So my question is what modern 29er downhill bikes have a 68-73mm bottom bracket that my motor will easily fit ?
I have a Whyte s150 on loans from my mate at minute I was thinking of buying it, but the suspension pivot is too close to the bottom bracket for clearance on the motor
The only one I can think of is a modern orange 5/6 with 29” wheels as the pivot is about 60mm from the bb
I’ll consider anything if anyone knows of any modern DH that will work with the tsdz8
