I have around 40 A123 cells coming to me soon, and I plan to knock them up into packs which I can mix and match to suit my needs. Basically each string will have 8 cells and I will need a charger/balancer. I won't be using BMS, but will instead be relying on the balancer and my Cycle Analyst.

Therefore, which would you guys go for? Thanks.

I come from years of RC'ing. Get the Turnigy. The Imax's don't balance as well. People even were having to replace the resistors in them back a few years ago.
