Hey All.
Some of you may remember my Downtube Cyclone Folder from last year. This year we moved to a house and with a workshop I was able to "tighten" up my setup.
Now I have a daily commuter that will open up to over 50km/h (current top speed I was brave enough to push) that will save me $6 a day on bus fare.
Running a 1200watt Cyclone kit with a 48v 20ah Ping LifePO4. It s nice solid set up for me and I could not be happier
I'm still getting used to the "squirelly" nature of the folder frame at high speed. Its most comfortable cruising in and around the 30 km/h mark. Just under the Ontario Ebike speed limit.
A real hoot to blast by the few EScooters I see on accasion to work. Tee Hee!
The next best thing about this ride is the saddle. Gawd, I never thought some old school leather saddle would ride soft as a cloud. Seriously!! Now I know why Brooks Saddles are so expensive and sought after.
Hope you enjoy the pics. Comments, critique and recommendations are always welcome.
Cheers,
Norman
