USB programming cable drivers for methods 100v controller?

Does anyone have these lying around? The links on the original thread are dead.

It only took me five years to find a home for this controller and now I can't program it!

Just the driver software? I'll see if it's in my archive of stuff before the fire. But a lot of those are just a standard USB-serial driver, often by Prolific.

If it's the full programming software, you might see if Anpaza's XPD will do it.
