Using a solar charge controller made for lithium battles with a BMS

I am using a solar lithium charge controller to charge 3S type batteries . The BMS wires are hooked up to the battery connection terminals . The charge controller also powers a load connection terminal section . Is it ok to power a load using the BMS charge wires ? Usually the load is powered with a wire connected to a positive terminal and the negative is connected through the BMS
