Vefreedom A8ebike problem

Hi guys I have a “vefreedom A8ebike” I bought last December. Everything was fine until the odometer speedometer and pedal assist stopped working but i still have power to drive it . Then I got an “ error code 24” on the display so I tried a factory reset and now it says p13 with 4zeros under it and I can change each zero like a 4 didgit code . I tried to use the bikes pass code 1212 but have not been able to get it off p13 . If anyone has any suggestions or advice please help . Thanks Mike
