I have a Vivobike - I believe S2 - model number is: M-VMS2U
It's died and I can't figure out why! I've now dealt with a few eScooters etc and made my own mini moto using a kunray kit so I have some small experience now.
However I'm stuck with this one... The display only shows "--". If I move the throttle, it shows numbers rising up to 16 then reverse to 0 when releasing throttle.
The problem is that nothing happens! I have NO "E" error codes showing, it just literally does nothing. Pressing the ON button twice quickly should turn on the little front light but it doesn't respond. I tested the light itself and it works fine. I've tested many wires and all seems fine, throttle is working correctly, there's continuity everywhere, I've checked battery charge status, I've disconnected from scooter and used battery to power other stuff perfectly fine then recharged without issue so it's not a battery issue either. The other odd thing is the brake light flashes! I've checked the brake switch, that's also functioning correctly. I also tried using the scooter with it unplugged, there was no errors but the brake light still flashed
