Vortex build parts that aren’t available

Was wondering if anyone had any ideas. Gonna be building a Vortex bike and really need to figure out how to fabricate the pedal system that eleek has for them. I asked vector and was told they don’t have them. It looks simple enough just can’t locate anything like it. Can anyone help?
