Hello everybody,
I have a big problem with my DMG Motorbike (5kw, Votol 150SP, 72 V):
After a few seconds or up to 10-15 km/h the motor stalls and i get the message failure 00000040.
Whats wrong? Does anybody knows the problem?
I checked (=measured and changed) nearly everything: throttle current, battery current, pairing of hallsensors and phases, all parameters from page 1 to 3. I also reduced the ports to the minimum and exclude possible problems like lame_function, brakes, stealavoid or side sustain.
Sometimes the motor makes noises or dident´work anymore. Even with "suitable" different parameters the motor stalled.
Whats the problem? I would be so glad if anybody has an new idea to solve the problem.
Unfortunaly the self learning doesent´t work, but with an angle of -60° it starts quite smooth (until it stalls).
You people from endless-sphere are my last hope...
