Votol em50-4 communication abnormal, no response! Anyone please help me

Could be a Windows driver issue, here are some similar threads I found with info:

U have any luck with this having same issue tried every thing I can find online to fix it but still no luck

you can try using download button with no need to connect just open port and proper BIN FILE. if not you can try stlink v2 and its utility to flash the bin. i hope you can find a solution and please post back.
