I just received my TSDZ2 a couple of days ago and already it's saying it seems to be giving me some issues. In part of the pedal rotation there is a deep brumming sound and extra resistance, it's always in the same part of the rotation and in the rest of the rotation there is nothing. I tried making a video, there is a lot of chain rattling that you have to abstract from, under that sound you can hear the deep vibrating noise with every rotation.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be the issue?
