Hello good people on endless sphere,
First post here but i've read though threads that i found quite helpful allready.
But now i've got an issue with my project that i can't seem to find the solution too.
I wanted to replace the original lingbo 72122 40 amp controller in my scooter with a new one that is more customizable and has a little extra umph.
At first i went and bought a sabvoton ml7260 which turned out to be a mistake as it turned out to not only be broken (brakes full force when i give it throttle after i've let it go while driving and making a horrible noise) but also severely lacking in the programming part.
So i returned that ofcourse and got something else, a fardriver nd7280
Which i got working allmost flawlessly.
Except for that it makes a horrible grinding noise and vibration at certain speeds which the original controller doesn't do (See video for for the sound)
(just listened to it it's harder to hear on the phone mic but it's the low pitched grinding noise you can sometimes hear)

If anyone has any insight you're my hero
Here's my setup laid out
Original controller: lingbo 72122
New controller: fardriver nd72280
The scooter: iva e-go s5
Two 60V 24Ah battery's with a Y cable
The motor: I honestly couldn't find a model number it's one of those 12 inch 3KW bosch hub motor's that seems to be on most electric mopeds around here
