What does Brake level and Phase angle means?

Phase Angle: its three phase or 120@, having to do with the Hall sensors sensing circular motion and firing - most hub motors/controllers are three phase
Current: a primary measure of the current in amps which the controller is rated for, like all electrical equipment, since its job is to pass current from battery to motor - 7 amps is rather low comparatively
Brake Level: no idea, but since controllers take a sensor input from the brakes while braking so as to shut off current to the motor, perhaps the distance the lever must travel before the sensor triggers - looks like a measure in "cm"?

Controllers and motors must be matched to each other, so this information is being given to allow that. More advance controllers allow many of its control parameters to programmed. What are you trying to accomplish?

brake level. is the voltage level when the brake signal is active.
so when you connect the brake wire to ground then the controller will stop.

I already have this controller on my ebike just wanted to know some things.
about the amp I know 7amp is kinda low but it is 15amp peak and the ebike uses a 250W 36v motor with a 48V 15.4AH battery and my top speed is 37-38kmh. not very fast.

You'd learn a LOT more about power level with RC power meter inserted between the Battery-Controller.

This might be one of those situations where modest "shunt mod" could be applied and probably survive? If you're looking for more oomph?

RC power meters can be found for under $20 shipped plus some "decent" connectors/wire (not automotive) to accomplish a solid insert.
