What Kind of Battery is this.

Hi there, I was recently disassembling a laptop battery Upon opening it I noticed there was two different kinds of battery in it. There were four 18650's and four Unknown, I took a closer look at the unknows and thought they looked like prismatic cells of some sort. Then I measured with a multimeter and they read 4.3v each. I will attach some photos and am curious to know what these are and if they are of any use.

Never mind. I found it online. It is a Sanyo 103450 3.7V, 1800mAh Li-ion Battery
