So after measuring and re-measuring, marking and drilling, one of my mounted aluminum wheel sprockets (58 tooth) is ever so slightly off center in it's spin--no more than a millimeter though, just a tiny bit of wobble/ drift off a straight line. Will this be a problem later with wear or speed? I'm guessing not, but I thought I'd ask. Thanks

LOL...good to know. I did some tweaks to it, its pretty darned close now.

I have some good tricks I've learned over the years to get around using the "right" tools. One that I always use when I have to center/fit something cylindrical with something else is to build up the diameter of that something (to fit in a hole centered/OD to ID) is to build it up by wrapping electrical, reinforced boxing or some other kind of tape around until it fits snug and the diameter matches. I used this to center my sprockets in line with a hub on a temporary axle to match up the 5 bolt holes. Then used the drill press to get them straight in.
