Where do you buy tabs for spot welding ?

I've been reading pages and pages of this forum, but I can't find a lot of information about what kind of tabs you use for spot welding,which material is better, and what are the suppliers ?

A123RC sells pure nickel strips for spot welding. I bought some and tried it, it works very well either for spot welding or soldering.
