OK...i just checked some of Morphious Autobotious Trolls video uploads at his
youtube channel turns out there is a disk spining DJ with the same name there is ALOT
of video of this DJ Morphs & his setup i think we may have found either where Morphious got his nick

we have outed him as the troll he has lost interest in our community?...what...is...that...

hey guys, I'm still alive. My e-bike is still good. My batteries are good. I decided that I was better off without the internet. I didn't feel like much of a man arguing with people on the internet. I'm still working out and stretching.

I'm bulking up. I did have a guy tell me the other day, "what are you looking at" at Wal-Mart. At least I think he said that. It was one of those things where you think back and think, "did he really say that?". I've kept all my weight off but I still have about 20 or 30 more pounds to go but that's been the hardest. My left leg has been hurt for 2 months now and has been really stubborn.

I've been working on making my neck thicker like those NFL football players have so I've been tying a 8 lb weight around my head and building the neck muscles and also the trapezius muscle. That physical therapist fixed my arm and shoulder and I can now do push-ups and stuff. It's great.

OK...heres what you need to aid in developing those neck muscles, up the weight to 20lbs and
in addition whack a couple of 8lb wrist weights on complimented by some 10lb ankle weights! THEN!
jump in the pool and swim laps :lol: the weight will drop off you you will get a COMPLETE workout with this method ( lifeguard trying to drag your waterlogged ass from the bottom of the pool prolly won't be too happy))

there so you don't fall through, won't it also be nice not having to jump around in the shower to get wet! :mrgreen:
